So, I’ll just deal with this right now: if you did nothing other than access my site, you’re not obligated to do or not do anything… that is not already codified in law. To be clear, though, that isn’t nothing. There are already laws in place that prohibit you from abusing my site, violating my copyright, etc., and I am willing to pursue legal action against those who violate laws regarding how this computer resource may be accessed and used.
However, if you subscribe to my blog – meaning, if you actively choose to engage here by paying for access – then your active participation indicates that you agree to the Subscriber Terms of Service below.
And what about those who get access without paying for it – i.e., close family and friends? Well, those people may not have the same legal obligations.
